Born in South Vietnam and grown up in LA suburbia,
Lily received her education in Economics and Urban Planning in California. Not until years later did she pursue
her passion in photography after an research trip to the Balkans. Upon completing her formal training at Santa Monica College, Lily specializes in fine arts landscape and photojournalism, while catering to a spectrum of clientele. Phantastic Photography travels for assignments.
